Voyageur Cannabis Services is hiring a Retail General Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a municipally owned cannabis dispensary in Minnesota. This is a full-time, on-site position with an annual salary of $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience.

The General Manager will lead pre-opening preparation, hire and train the store team, oversee regulatory compliance, manage inventory and purchasing, maintain financial and cash controls, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of retail management experience, including responsibility for a store budget or P&L and direct supervision of a team. Experience opening a new location or working in cannabis, liquor, pharmacy or another regulated retail environment is preferred but not required.
